La tierra, - the land all through-out Central, and South America, is also rich for harvesting ingredients often used for beauty purposes. From dry desert plants like aloe vera, agave, and manzanilla to island fruits like coconuts, all women can turn to their backyards for nature’s best ingredients to incorporate into their beauty arsenals.

In this beautiful workshop, Stephanie will be sharing how to make a herbal bath that helps relax tense muscles, opens pores, encourages digestion, softens the skin, and assists in detoxification.

Plants are natures gift for many purposes and in this herbal bathing ritual they’re used to bring beauty, and sacredness. Water has a sacred element that helps us connect to ourselves and look deeper if we let it. The deep reflection that we create in baths can help us all achieve our goals, and turn inwards for healing, and connection. A bath is the perfect place to reset and unwind. Water is such a magical element of life because we are all made of water, and it’s important to take the time to enjoy and connect through bathing whether it be relaxation, prosperity, or self-love.
